Residential Customers: $3.95 per transaction (max. payment of $500) Business Customers: $8.95 per transaction (max. payment of $600) Immediate Payment Pay By Credit/Debit Card or Checking Account If you need to make an immediate payment, you can pay your UPPCO bill by calling us toll free at 1-800-562-7680. Payment Posting Information Payments made before 12 p.m. (noon) on a regular business day will post to your account the same day. Payments made after 12 p.m. or on a weekend or holiday, will post the next business day. If the payment is urgent, please make the payment and contact us. Your payment will be processed by Bill Matrix, a leader in the field of electronic bill payments.
